1960s Picnic

I know very little about Shriners, but this video from a 1960s Shrine picnic looks like a great time!

There's no audio, but as you watch, you can almost hear the festivities, the laughter, the music that must have been playing...

Christella Moody's Memories

Don't forget to visit b.vikki vintage on Etsy!

I'm recommending Christella Moody's blog to everyone.
About the blog:

The Sunset Years - A blog of memories and thoughts after living over 70 years. Our generation lived through more cultural and technological changes than any other generation. We lived through WWII, Korea, Viet Nam, Desert Storm, Afghanistan, and Iraq. We participated in the Civil Rights Revolution, going from the back of the bus to the Presidency of the United States of America. It has been some ride.

The pictures are amazing and the stories Christella Moody has to tell, even more so.

These pictures, this blog, and Christella Moody's touching and powerful memories are a true treasure.

1958 Nashville elementary school recital

Don't forget to visit b.vikki vintage on Etsy!

This is amazing footage. The dresses and suits the adults are wearing... the immaculate performance costumes on the little girls.

I audibly squealed upon finding this video!
